Walker is a member of the Delphi Strategy Board, the company's top policy-making group, and leads the company's top Information Technology leadership council comprised of the senior IT executives representing all of the company's global operations.

Delphi's Information Technology organization has been a recipient of five CIO 100 designations, was included in the InformationWeek 500 ranking of innovative information technology organizations five consecutive years, and, in January 2005, was designated Best in Class by ComputerWorld for supply chain management.
